Anil Roberts Suggest That Anya Be Appointed An Ambassador Of T&T

Anya Ayoung-Chee is being sought by the Ministry of Tourism to accompany a local delegation scheduled to attend the World Travel Market in London next month. This was revealed by Tourism Minister Dr. Rupert Griffith. Ayoung-Chee says, she’s honored by the invitation and the opportunity to represent T&T at the event. She says she would be thrilled to attend once her schedule permits her to do so. And as commendations and congratulations poured in from various sectors for Ms. Ayoung-Chee over the weekend, Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, Anil Roberts suggested that Ayoung-Chee be appointed an Ambassador of T&T. Dr. Griffith said such a decision would have to be reviewed by the Cabinet and the Prime Minister herself.
